THE SPACE
✔ Stylish & Spacious – Elegant 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a large open-plan kitchen, generous living space, and winter garden with panoramic views across London
GUEST ACCESS
✔ The entire space will be exclusively yours.

✔ Standard check in is open from 4pm.

✔ Guests are able to self check-in with a key box.

EARLY CHECK IN:
✔ Early check in is subject to availability and a charge at £17 per hour up to 3pm. Free from 3pm-4pm.

✔ Must be requested at the time of booking or no later than 3 days prior to arrival.

LUGGAGE DROP OFF:
✔ Free luggage drop-off from 11:30 on the day of arrival (if the cleaner is there). Please note that entering and using facilities is not permitted whilst the cleaner is in.

EARLY CHECKOUT:
✔ If you have to leave before 11am please tell us at a time of booking so we can adjust the cleaning arrangements.

✔ LATE CHECKOUT
Subject to availability. Please request in Guest Arrival Form and no later than 48hrs before arrival. We charge £17 p/hr for every hour after 11:00 am.

✔ LUGGAGE STORAGE UPON DEPARTURE:
Please note that you can leave your bags until the housekeeper finishes but no re-entry is allowed once cleaning and disinfection are completed.
Alternatively we recommend Nannybag or Luggage Hero with locations near stations all over London. We will send you the link to the nearest one once you book.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
ON DEMAND SERVICES:
Please book via Guest Arrival Form only and no later than 48 hrs before arrival. Requests via messages cannot be seen by our housekeeping staff and may not be addressed.

✔ EXTRA BEDLINEN @£29.00 per set on request, if needed over and above linens provided for each bed in bedrooms, e.g. for air bed, sofa, etc. Please request in Guest Arrival Form as we need to book linen hire in advance.

✔ CHILD CRIB @ £39.00 per stay .
A foldable child crib, complete with mattress, mattress protector and fitted sheet. Add HIGH CHAIR @£15 per stay.
Please bring your own baby linens.

✔ ON DEMAND CLEANING: Other than complimentary mid-stay, you can book it via us. Cleaner charges @ £25 p/hr + VAT and must be booked min 24hrs in advance.

✔ DRY CLEANING / LAUNDRY: please scan QR code from a hanger in the hallway wardrobe or there are dry cleaning shops on Pitshanger Lane nearby.

★ SMOKING IN THE BUILDING is strictly prohibited.

★ PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT OWN THE BUILDING - We can only take responsibility for what happens in our flat. We will do our best to alert building management to any issues to do with neighbours or communal areas, that we do not control.

★ DOGS - Max 1 dog per stay. We only accept small hypoallergenic dog breeds. Dogs but must be house trained and owners have to bring food & poo bags. We provide blanket, dog bed & bowls. Pet fee applies @ £79 per stay.

We’re available to support you before, during and after your stay, and are always happy to help with any questions or requests.
Messages are typically answered promptly between 9:00am and 9:00pm (GMT). Outside of these hours, responses may be slightly delayed.
For urgent matters, please send us a text message, and we’ll respond as quickly as possible.
